Join us at the winery for an evening of fun, food, and wine. Our chef will take you on a tasting journey inspired from his travels to this remote location. Each meal comes with five courses and is curated to pair with wines from the DFV winery. An elegant event bringing the culinary delights of Italy to your backdoor that you won’t want to miss!
1st course: Antipasti – meats, herbed vegetables, cheese
2nd course: Pumpkin Ravioli – homemade pumpkin ravioli, brown butter sage cream sauce, cinnamon toasted walnuts, 25 year balsamic
3rd course: Salad – fall greens, tomatoes, cheese, balsamic
4th course: Sky To Table Bolognese – garlic, celery, carrots, onions, pancetta, pork sausage, herbs, basil, cream cheese, heavy cream and simmered for 48 hours
5th course: Italian Satay – marinated steak beef satay cooked over a wood fire
Dessert: Italian Ice, Limoncello
